Rich Kid Sound System is a new group out of South Florida. I’m not exactly sure how to describe them, so I’ll use a quote from their website:
“Started in March of 2010 , Rich Kid Sound System is a four-piece indie-rock outfit; serving up infectious hooks over raw, gritty soundscapes. Fusing the best of 1970’s style-electro rock and fresh pulsed hip-hop, Rich Kid Sound System blends live music with chanted vocals and articulate rhymes to produce a familiar but fresh approach to genre clashing.”
This particular song is fantastic, and I can’t wait to hear more from these guys.
