I guess this was a track from a project producer Ski Beatz put together but then never released. Either way, I’m glad it leaked cause it’s dope. Everyone’s favorite stoner duo did it big once again.
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed by Kush & OJ when it came out. Overall, though, it’s grown on me, and this is one of the better songs from the mixtape.
We love white dudes that can rap, and that’s not a racist comment whatsoever. To be totally honest, the game is lacking quality white rappers. I mean come on, Eminem is dope, but who else hits the radio or gets any significant underground play? Asher Roth? Chris Webby? Sam Adams? I mean come on. Check out this new rapper that holds his own, Mac Miller, and download his mixtape. Check out #13 with Wiz Khalifa, my favorite song off the mixtape.
Finally… I can’t tell you how excited I’ve been for this mixtape to drop. After all the hype, we’ll have to see if it lives up to the expectations. Let us know what you think.
Last year, XXL Magazine unveiled their list of the Freshmen Ten and they were pretty much dead on with their predictions of upcoming rappers that would make a big splash in the hip-hop game for 2009. Last year’s list: Kid Cudi, Wale, B.o.B., Asher Roth, Ace Hood, Blu, Curren$y, Charles Hamilton, Mickey Factz, Cory Gunz. This is supposedly 2010’s list which officially comes out March 16th (J.Cole, XV, and Wiz definitely make the cut but I can’t say I agree whatsoever with Nicki Minaj making the list…:
Check out the video where they “hide” the identities of four of this year’s ten (it’s Pill, Nipsey Hu$$le, J. Cole and Fashawn)
Check out new tracks from Jay-Z & Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne ft. Pharell, B.o.B., and Wiz Khalifa. Jay-Z teamed up with Snoop Dogg to remix Snoop’s single “I Wanna Rock” and it’s pretty tight. The last three tracks are not full songs. They’re probably just sneak peaks at upcoming full length songs, but they’re dope regardless. Check them out and download them below.
Deal Or No Deal, Wiz Khalifa’s highly anticipated debut album is set to release tomorrow, Tuesday the 24th. A few more tracks were leaked today to go along with already released The Thrill and Goodbye. The album seems like a winner based on the tracks that have been released thus far. Check them out here and download them.
Check out this new song from Wiz Khalifa’s upcoming album Deal or No Deal. This is the second single to drop from the album (after “This Plane”), and between the two it sounds like it’s gonna be a pretty nasty CD. As of right now, there are no untagged versions of the song available, but we’ll be sure to post one as soon as it pops up. Check out the song below and download it here.
Wiz Khalifa- Goodbye
Also check out a hot new joint from one of last year’s crowned “Freshman 10″ by XXL Magazine. The “Freshman 10″ are their predicted hottest upcoming rappers of the next year and included stars like Wiz Khalifa, Wale, Asher Roth, Kid Cudi, Charles Hamilton, B.o.B., etc. Check out Jets Over Everything right here
Wiz Khalifa’s seventh mixtape, Burn After Rolling, was released this morning. It’s a solid mixtape with a few very good standout tracks. As always, the main focus of the mixtape is Wiz’s love for weed, partying, and women. Be sure to check out his Empire of the Sun remix, called “The Thrill.”
